About
This single day intensive is designed to give participants an introduction to the performing arts of India. This will include body conditioning with Rakesh Sai Babu through the medium of Mayurbhanj Chhau (martial art). The conditioning class will be followed by a performance and theory class by Odissi dancer and instructor Meghna Das. The afternoon will include technique class with Sangeeta and a session that will explore group composition using the tools we have gained from the day.
